Ingredients
1 apple (grated)
120g oats
1 handful of raisins or almonds (optional)
1 ยฝ tsp baking powder
1 ยฝ tsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp xylitol
Preparation
Whisk the eggs and xylitol together. Mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, and ๐. Add almonds if desired.
Preheat the oven to 160ยฐC (320ยฐF) with top and bottom heat and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Form round balls from the dough and place them on the baking tray. Gently flatten each ball with your hand or a spoon.
Place the tray in the oven and bake the cookies for about 15-20 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the tray for about 10 minutes. Then serve! Enjoy! ๐คค
